Terms of use

These terms apply when you use SAIMOS and its application subdomains.
1. Operator
SAIMOS is owned and operated by Saimos Srl, Italy. Questions can be sent through the contact and ownership page.
2. Service
SAIMOS provides private planning, calendars, trips, group chat, shared-expense tools and CrowdPulse Sets. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, travel-safety or emergency services.
3. Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A user is responsible for activity carried out through their account unless it was caused by the service.
4. Shared spaces and links
Users control whom they invite and what they contribute. Invitation and calendar-subscription links may grant access to information and must be shared only with intended recipients.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use SAIMOS to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, harass others or upload content you are not entitled to use or share.
6. User content
Users retain ownership of their content. They grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display it only as necessary to operate, secure and provide SAIMOS. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to operational backups and legal obligations described in the privacy notice.
7. Third-party services
Optional integrations are also governed by their provider’s terms and privacy rules. SAIMOS does not control how quickly an external calendar refreshes a subscribed feed, whether a playback or communications service is available, or how a third party changes its product.
8. AI-assisted and CrowdPulse Set features
AI-generated suggestions and automated observations may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for decisions and actions based on them. Device permissions should be enabled only when the corresponding live feature is intended to be active.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive activity, or comply with law. A user may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the privacy notice.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose, and the operator is not liable for indirect loss caused by user content, a third-party service or reliance on an automated suggestion.
12. Applicable law and changes
Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain unaffected. The effective date will be updated when these terms materially change. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
